Our Legacy of Service and Protection

Founded in 1948, our department traces its origin to Officer Francis Gross, who served as a part-time officer while remaining on call 24/7 for the community. This extraordinary level of availability set a precedent for the deep dedication that continues to define our mission. Today, with a full team of twelve officers and leadership staff, we remain steadfast in honoring that initial sacrifice through our modern standards of professional vigilance.

Our role extends beyond law enforcement; we are partners in fostering a safe environment for residents and businesses alike. By building strong relationships and fostering transparency, we ensure that our community remains protected by a force that is as dedicated to its well-being as it is to the rule of law.

Our Leadership Team

Our command staff is deeply committed to upholding the highest standards of transparency, ethical accountability, and unwavering professional integrity. We strive to provide exemplary municipal law enforcement services by fostering a culture of trust and proactive engagement with every resident we serve.
